2. Description of Service

AnimalGraffs provides an AI-powered digital image generation platform specializing in wildlife, pet, and artistic animal illustrations. Users can generate images by providing text descriptions or prompts, and our automated generative systems produce corresponding visual artwork.

3. User Accounts

To access core features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, current, and complete account information.
• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials.
• All activities and operations conducted under your account.
• Notifying us immediately at support@animalgraffs.com if you suspect any unauthorized access or security breach.

4. Credits and Payments

Our Service operates on a pay-as-you-go credit system:

• Free Trial: New accounts may receive 3 complimentary credits upon initial signup.
• Starter Plan: ₹29 for 10 image generation credits.
• Plus Plan: ₹79 for 35 image generation credits.
• Pro Plan: ₹149 for 100 image generation credits.

Refund & Cancellation Policy: Purchases are for digital credits consumed during real-time AI image generation. Technical generation failures or unused credit packages are eligible for a refund or restoration of the credits used, subject to review under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Secure Payments: Payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

5. Acceptable Use & Content Safety

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit content.
• Generate content that infringes upon third-party intellectual property, trademark, or privacy rights.
• Generate visual media depicting violence, abuse, or cruelty to animals or humans.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication controls, or platform security restrictions.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to overload or abuse the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, sublicense, or resell the underlying AI models or software infrastructure of AnimalGraffs.

We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate these safety guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content & License

You retain rights to the text prompts you submit to the Service. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, AnimalGraffs grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, download, display, and commercialize the images generated by your prompts for both personal and commercial projects.

Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its website design, branding, logo, user interface, code, and proprietary workflows, is owned by AnimalGraffs and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.
• Generated images will meet your specific aesthetic or technical expectations.
• The AI output will be entirely unique or free from third-party copyright claims.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AnimalGraffs and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AnimalGraffs and its legal operator from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your prompts, generated outputs, misuse of the Service, or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service in the event of a material violation of these Terms, unauthorized security abuse, or for other legitimate operational reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Any pending refund or credit treatment upon account closure will be evaluated in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide notice through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
