AnimalGraffs AI provides an AI-powered image generation service specializing in animal artwork. Users can generate images by providing text descriptions, and the AI will create corresponding artwork.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete registration information
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Credits and Payments
Our Service operates on a credit-based system:
- Free Trial: New users receive 3 free image generations
- Starter Plan: ₹29 for 10 images
- Popular Plan: ₹79 for 35 images
- Pro Plan: ₹149 for 100 images
Credits are non-refundable and do not expire. All payments are processed securely through Cashfree.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Generate images depicting violence, abuse, or cruelty to animals
- Attempt to bypass security measures or access restrictions
- Use automated systems to abuse the Service
- Resell or redistribute generated images without proper licensing
6. Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain rights to the text prompts you submit. Images generated using our Service are licensed to you for personal and commercial use, subject to these terms.
Our Content
The Service, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by AnimalGraffs AI and protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Generated images will meet your specific requirements
